Tickornot is an independent fact-checking tool designed to help users verify claims made in social media content, including but not limited to TikTok videos.

3. Independence and No External Influence

Tickornot is built and operated independently. We do not accept outside investment, sponsorship, or editorial influence that would compromise our independence.

However, independence does not imply infallibility, neutrality of all sources, or the absence of limitations inherent in automated analysis.

4. Eligibility

Tickornot does not claim ownership over user-submitted material.

All Tickornot software, branding, interfaces, and content (excluding user submissions and third-party sources) are owned by Tickornot and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without permission.

11. Third-Party Content and Sources

Tickornot references third-party sources (news outlets, studies, reports).
